PRICES
Hourly Rates
There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 15-minute increments. All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
Materials
Materials supplied by EPH System will be charged at trade price plus 20% mark up.
Material
Material collection time for non-stock items will be kept to a minimum.
Collection
Any charge will be agreed with the customer in advance.
Estimates
EPH System are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to visit you at a mutually convenient time.
Payment
Payment terms are ‘due upon receipt’ of invoice and can be paid via BACS, Cheque, Debit or Credit Card. Please note that there is a 3% added administration charge for payments made via credit card.
